The Training Lab is not a place where you just go through the motion we hold accountable. TTL’s focus is to bring out everyone’s true potential. We challenge everyone to break through self-imposed limitations. We have blended a no nonsense attitude which is rooted from our military background with a new school approach on strength & cardiovascular training. Unlike other programs we focus on movement patterns instead of weights and speed. We believe that becoming proficient in basic movements such as Squats, Deadlift, Pull-ups are critical to establish a good foundation.
Authenticity is something that is hard to come by nowadays. With TTL, what you see is what you get. The fitness industry surrounded by perfectly polished and post transformation bodies, we’ll show you what everyone fails to. We value persistence, hard work, and outcome as opposed to aesthetics and ego. We want to put the emphasize back on the person, you are not just a number. Our classes only have 12 people which puts the emphasize. Our small class size enables us give to everyone the proper attention, implement a truly progressive program and forces people step out of their comfort zone.
