Sweat with Sweats is an unlimited membership curated by Elizabeth & Dale of Sweats & The City. Sweat with Sweats brings their favorite instructors and community into one place to sweat together. Each week, Elizabeth and Dale share their weekly workout schedules - consisting of live workouts on Zoom, pre-recorded on-demand workouts, meditations, and more.
Sweat with Sweats is a way to promote Elizabeth & Dale's favorite instructors, studios, and methods without charging their usual fees - and in turn bringing their partners leads and exposure.
Members have access to:

Over the years, we’ve introduced this community to countless fitness studios, methods and instructors. With time (and of course the pandemic), the needs of our community have evolved — and in response to this evolution, we felt the need to connect people in a greater way.
